Join Aurora SHiNES at Aurora Southeast Rec Center for a fun, high-energy SHiNE Dance Fitness™ class! No registration needed—just show up and dance. This location offers a welcoming community vibe with a spacious studio. Rec Center members attend for free; non-members pay just $7 drop-in. Perfect for all fitness levels!

Join Aurora SHiNES at Live Healthy 24 Studio, located inside CT Chiropractic near Southlands Mall, just off E-470 and Smokey Hill. This non-membership studio is home to a welcoming and supportive community, making it the perfect place to dance, get fit, and connect with others. Our SHiNE™ and UPLIFT™ classes are designed for all fitness levels, so come and join the fun in this amazing space!

This is not a dance class, but each routine is choreographed to iconic music, and when safety isn’t compromised, you’re likely to find a booty shake or shimmy.
A 1-hour UPLIFT™ class starts with a cardio warm-up and transitions to standing routines with equipment, alternating between upper and lower body. A balance track is included after you’ve fatigued your muscles which is challenging, rewarding, and a welcome change of pace before transitioning to the mat. We complete the workout with routines for the core, booty, abs, and chest and a cool down with deep stretching. This UPLIFTING experience leaves you feeling strong and confident.
