This is a non-membership studio with a strong, supportive community and a variety of class offerings.

• Wednesday – 7:00 PM SHiNE™ with Claire
• Saturday – 11:00 AM SHiNE LIGHT™ with Jennifer
• Sunday – 4:00 PM UPLIFT™ with Stephanie
• Sunday – 5:00 PM SHiNE™ with Claire  

Drop-in: $6
10-Class Pack: $50

All classes are booked through their online system, PushPress. 

Advance registration is recommended, as class size is limited.

 Every class is designed to leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and energized. 

You can expect:

• Easy-to-follow choreography for all fitness levels
• A full-body workout that doesn’t feel like a workout
• Music that keeps you moving and motivated
• A supportive, encouraging community

No dance experience needed — just show up and move.

• Comfortable workout clothes
• Athletic shoes (please not trail running shoes)
• Water

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class.
