Finding the studio:
SSBB Pilates can be a little tricky to locate on your first visit. Head toward the jewelry store, then turn right down the hallway. You’ll see the elevator and stairs — take them up to the third floor and you’ll find us there.

Tuesday – 6:30 PM SHiNE™ with Claire

Thursday – 6:30 PM SHiNE™ + UPLIFT™ Combo with Stephanie 

Drop-in: $10
4-Class Pack: $30 (expires in 2-months)

All classes are booked through their online system, PushPress. 

Advance registration is recommended, as class size is limited.

Your first SHiNE™ class is all about having fun and moving your body.

You can expect: 

• Easy-to-follow choreography designed for all levels
• A supportive, welcoming environment 
• A full-body workout that doesn’t feel like a workout
• Music that keeps you motivated and energized

No dance experience needed — just show up and move.

• Comfortable workout clothes
• Athletic shoes (please not trail running shoes)
• Water

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class.
